Natural Farm are on the lookout for Content Creator Tiktok to join our team

Responsibilities:

-⁠ ⁠Create engaging and high-quality content for TikTok video ads that aligns with the brand's objectives and target audience

  • Proficient in using TikTok's features, including effects, filters, transitions, and editing tools to create visually appealing content

  • Evaluate the performance of content created and account growth (likes, followers, comments)

  • Identify and implement the latest social media trends to attract views, engage the audience, and support sales goals

  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to measure, review, and report on marketing activities and results

  • Create schedules and reports for social media

Requirements:

  • 1 or more years of social media experience, especially in Instagram and TikTok

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools, and trends

  • Proven experience in creating engaging TikTok content with results like FYP features and high numbers of likes and followers

  • Social media savvy (understand and utilize social media effectively)

  • Required soft skills: time management, content writing, communication (verbal and written) skills

  • Good communication and analytical skills

  • Critical thinker with a problem-solving attitude

  • Team player and able to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Fluent in English (preferred)

  • Experience running ads (a plus)
