Job Description


• Manages full cycle B2B sales for industrial lubricants and chemical solutions. Prospecting, technical presentations, proposal development, contract negotiation, and after sales support.


• Identifies technical needs for clients in manufacturing, mining, transportation, and heavy equipment.


• Recommends lubricant and grease solutions based on viscosity grade, VI, TBN, oxidation stability, flash point, and other technical parameters.


• Prepares technical documents for tenders and contracts including SLA, penalty terms, delivery requirements, and product specifications.


• Explains operational and financial benefits such as cost reduction, extended drain intervals, and lower downtime through proper lubricant selection.


• Leads negotiation of pricing, payment terms, and contract clauses with procurement or engineering teams.


• Develops account plans to drive long term volume growth and cross selling opportunities.


• Coordinates implementation of awarded contracts and monitors product performance.


• Builds long term partnerships with key industrial accounts.


• Collects market and competitor insights to support sales strategy.

Requirements


• Direct experience selling lubricants, grease, fuel, or industrial chemical solutions to B2B sectors such as manufacturing, mining, or transportation.


• Strong understanding of lubricant technical specifications including viscosity grade, VI, TBN, pour point, flash point, and oxidation stability.


• Experience preparing or clarifying tender documents and B2B contract details including SLA, penalties, and delivery terms.


• Ability to translate technical specifications into clear business value for clients.


• Proven leadership in price negotiation, payment terms, and contract clauses with procurement or engineering.


• Ability to develop account plans and long term client growth strategies.


• Full cycle B2B sales experience from prospecting to after sales support.


• Strong technical and commercial communication skills.


• Willingness to conduct on site visits to industrial facilities.
