Role Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Infrastructure Architecture Manager to join our Digitalization Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing infrastructure strategies, managing daily operations, overseeing investment budgets and projects, managing IT suppliers and assets, and ensuring efficient data center operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies for infrastructure design, covering network, server, database, and information security.
  • Oversee daily operations and produce monitoring reports to ensure system efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Manage investment budgets and lead project management initiatives for infrastructure development.
  • Coordinate IT supplier management and asset management to optimize resource utilization.
  • Supervise data center operations to ensure high availability and reliability of IT services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align infrastructure strategies with business objectives.
  • Conduct troubleshooting for network, server, and database issues to maintain operational stability.
  • Develop and enforce infrastructure policies and procedures to ensure compliance and security.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the infrastructure team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Develop, implement, and enforce information security policies, standards, and access controls
  • Monitor, manage, and respond to security incidents and vulnerabilities
  • Oversee firewall, VPN, patch management, and system hardening activities
  • Protect company data through proper backup, recovery, and data protection controls
  • Ensure compliance with internal security policies and applicable data protection regulations
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors on security-related matters

Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field.

Professional Experience / Qualifications

  • A minimum of ten years of experience in infrastructure management and architecture.
  • Experience in managing large-scale infrastructure projects.
  • Knowledge of the latest trends and technologies in IT infrastructure.
  • Certification in relevant technologies or project management (e.g., PMP, ITIL).

Skills

  • Strong negotiation skills for managing vendor relationships and contracts.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting network, server, and database issues.
  • Professional English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent project management and budget management skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of infrastructure technologies and best practices.
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure security covering network, server, endpoint, and cloud environments
  • Experience in implementing and enforcing security policies, access control, and user privilege management
  • Hands-on experience with firewall, VPN, patch management, and vulnerability management
  • Ability to manage security incidents, including detection, response, and remediation
  • Knowledge of data protection principles, backup, and recovery strategies
  • Familiarity with security frameworks and compliance standards (e.g. ISO 27001, data protection regulations)
