Utility Engineer

Responsibility:

  • Assist the maintenance manager in overseeing the day-to-day facility and infrastructure operation. She/he will also have a close interaction with Production, Warehouse, Quality Assurance team, and General Affairs.
  • Maintain operational facilities and infrastructure, conduct routine maintenance and monitoring on a daily basis and facilities, i.e.: HVAC, Chiller, Cooling Tower, Hydrant System, Fire Sprinkler, Air Compressor and WWTP.
  • Conduct routine maintenance and monitoring Electrical power supply from PLN/Power generator/PV Panel to LVMDB.
  • Conduct improvement individually or use subcontractor by supplier periodically, to achieve standardized result & quality.
  • Perform tasks related to utility operational and maintenance program following the schedule, or as set by the supervisor.
  • Perform planned project or emergency project as necessary.
  • Monitor vendor / supplier's performance from the beginning until the end of the task, to prevent fatal failure and discontinue the job worked by vendor / supplier.
  • Control maintenance and sparepart budget.
  • Undarestand and follow the regulation in Lamipak related to safety and quality.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma or Bachelor Degree, major in Mechanical /Electrical.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in utility on supervisory level at food manufacturing.
  • Good office software skills and presentation skills.
  • Have experience in lead a project or as PIC.
  • English spoken as daily communication, able to use it as working language.
