Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an IT Project Manager based in Serpong. The IT Project Manager will lead cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and deliver IT projects on time, within scope, and on budget. Responsibilities include defining project objectives, coordinating resources, managing project timelines, and communicating progress with stakeholders. Additional duties involve overseeing risk management processes, maintaining compliance with project requirements, and ensuring effective communication among all involved parties. The role is instrumental in driving successful project outcomes and business solutions.

Qualifications

  • Proven project management skills, including the ability to manage project timelines, budgets, and scope
  • Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders, and manage cross-functional coordination effectively
  • Experience in risk management and ensuring compliance with project requirements
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
  • Familiarity with IT infrastructure, software development, and data center operations is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, or equivalent, is a plus
