Job Description:

  1. Develop and implement procedures and policies related to curriculum and course materials at the Digital Language Learning Center (DLLC).

  2. Supervise, coordinate, and arrange reports related to curriculum and course materials review in the languagelearning area.

  3. Supervise quality control processes in curriculum and course materials review for all language learning.

  4. Coordinate and supervise materials update process materials in the digital language learning area.

  5. Recap SME compensation and create honorarium recapitulation report

  6. Ensure compliance of various processes with related Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) (i.e., curriculum, course materials review, development of digital language learning program)

  7. Ensure that all documentation and subsequent revisions are reviewed and approved by authorized personnel.

  8. Ensure documentation and records are legible, dated, identifiable, and orderly to prevent damage, loss, and deterioration.

  9. Collaborate with internal stakeholders in planning workshops/training for curriculum and course materials development.

  10. Management Support Activities:

o Provide Report to direct Supervisor.

o Suggest improvement process related to activities in area of responsibilities (especially related to time

concern, effort and cost).

o Perform activities related to Quality Management System.

o Perform additional tasks related to key responsibilities as required by Direct Supervisor

Requirements:

  • Minimum Master's Degree in in Language Studies, Language Teaching, Linguistics or any other relevant fields

  • Minimum 4 years of working experience

  • Strong English proficiency (TOEFL ITP 570 / iBT 95 / IELTS 7 / Duolingo 130)

  • Skilled in curriculum design

  • Great leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
