We are seeking a highly skilled
Senior Finance & Accounting Manager
on behalf of our client. The ideal candidate has solid expertise in accounting, taxation, financial reporting, and audit—preferably with experience in capital markets, financial services, crypto, or the service industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end accounting operations and ensure accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and financial performance analysis.
  • Oversee tax planning and compliance (Brevet A & B required).
  • Maintain strong internal controls, financial policies, and compliance with GAAP/IFRS.
  • Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies.
  • Monitor cash flow, treasury activities, and financial risks.
  • Provide financial insights and strategic recommendations to leadership.
  • Lead and develop the finance & accounting team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
  • Brevet A & B certification.
  • 7–10 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in capital markets, financial services, crypto, service industry, or Big 4/second-tier audit firm preferred.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
