What we're looking for

  1. 8+ years of experience in a similar finance, accounting, and tax management role, preferably within a fast-paced, growing organisation
  2. Thorough understanding of financial management, accounting principles, and tax regulations
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to provide data-driven insights
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
  5. Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing finance and accounting teams
  6. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional accounting certification (CPA, CA, or equivalent) is preferred
