Corporate F&B is seeking a talented and experienced Manager of Finance, Accounting & Tax (FAT) to join our team in Jakarta Selatan, Jakarta Raya on a contract basis. In this critical role, you will be responsible for overseeing the company's financial operations, ensuring accurate reporting, and driving strategic decision-making to support the overall business objectives.

What you'll be doing

  1. Manage the day-to-day accounting, finance, and tax functions, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and tax compliance
  2. Prepare and analyse financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership
  3. Oversee the implementation and maintenance of financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure financial reporting integrity
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial guidance and support for strategic initiatives
  5. Lead and mentor the finance and accounting team, promoting professional development and operational excellence
  6. Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and tax requirements

What we're looking for

  1. 8+ years of experience in a similar finance, accounting, and tax management role, preferably within a fast-paced, growing organisation
  2. Thorough understanding of financial management, accounting principles, and tax regulations
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to provide data-driven insights
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
  5. Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing finance and accounting teams
  6. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional accounting certification (CPA, CA, or equivalent) is preferred
