Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Finance and Accounting Assistant Manager. The role is on-site and located in Jakarta, Indonesia. Responsibilities include managing financial statements, overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, and ensuring the company's financial health. The role involves developing financial strategies, conducting analytical assessments, and providing insights to support decision-making processes. The Head of Finance and Accounting will also lead a team and collaborate with other departments to achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
  • Proficiency in Finance and Budgeting
  • Excellent Analytical Skills
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification is a plus
  • Previous experience in the automotive or energy sector is desirable
  • Experience in using accounting software (ex: Accurate Online)
  • Experience in treasury in banking industry will be a plus
  • Willing to be placed in Mega Kuningan, South Jakarta
