What You'll Do

  • Lead and manage the finance team (7+ subordinates) to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
  • Maintain compliance with Indonesia GAAP and internal company policies.
  • Support management with insightful financial analysis and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes and controls.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesia GAAP.
  • Hands-on Experience with SAP HANA and understanding of Finance modules.
  • Advanced Excel skills and solid analytical ability.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience at a Big Four audit firm (KPMG, PwC, EY, or Deloitte) preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience at the Assistant Manager level in an operational company.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and time management skills.
