We're Hiring: Finance and Accounting Manager

Education

Min. (S1) in Accounting, financial statement preparation and related ope-rations

Technical Skills

  • Financial Managers & Controllers (Accounting)
  • Strong expertise in managing and organizing documents efficiently, ensuring easy access and proper filing
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards, tax regulations, and applicable financial principles.
  • Must be able to analyze financial data to identify trends, problems,and opportunities for improvement.
  • Must be able to manage and optimize the company's financial systems,including accounting software and reporting systems
  • Must be able to create financial models to project the company's financial performance and support decision-making, including making long-term financial calculations (leasing & lease buy methods for 1 to 5 years).
  • Able to use Excel for data analysis, financial modeling, and reporting.

Soft Skills

  • More than 5 years of accounting experience, proficient in Accurrate or other accounting software and CORETAX.
  • Able to lead and motivate the finance and accounting team, set goals, and ensure targets are met.
  • Able to communicate effectively with team members, management, and external parties regarding finance and accounting issues.
  • Able to make strategic decisions in managing accounts receivable and payable,efficient and effective changes, and increasing other income from the company's idle funds, both movable assets in rupiah and especially foreign currencies.
  • Skilled with tax calculation, tax report and payment procedures.
  • Fluent in English (must)

General Requirements

  • English communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Knowledge of Capital Market is a plus
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Willing to work overtime *if required
  • THP Rp – Rp
