Role Description

Quantum Inventions is seeking a Finance and Accounting Manager for a full-time, on-site role based in Jakarta, Indonesia. The selected candidate will oversee financial operations, prepare and analyze financial statements, ensure compliance with relevant regulations, create and manage budgets, and handle financial reporting. Additionally, the Finance and Accounting Manager will work closely with leadership to provide actionable financial insights and develop strategies to optimize financial performance.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in managing Financial Statements, including preparing and analyzing balance sheets and income statements.
  • Strong skills in Finance, Budgeting, and managing financial processes within an organization.
  • Demonstrated Analytical Skills to evaluate financial data and provide recommendations for better decision-making.
  • Experience in Financial Reporting, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and accurate documentation.
  • Proficiency in financial tools and accounting software is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CPA or CMA) are advantageous.
  • Prior experience in a similar role, preferably within transportation, technology, or related industries.
