Grouu is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Business Development Executive focusing in Account Management to join our dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced start-up world and contribute to our growing online business.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary contact for our partners, maintaining consistent & strong relationships to ensure needs are effectively understood and addressed
  • Prepare and present operational performance reports to partners, highlighting key metrics and room for improvements
  • Monitor analytics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the performance of each partner and make data-driven decisions.
  • Gather partners feedback and present insights to further enhance SOP
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall project operational excellence

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related fields are preferred (Fresh Graduates are welcomed).
  • Experience in account management
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data to drive decisions.
  • Able to lead end-to-end coordination between internal teams, and partners
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively.
  • Self-motivated and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace
