About the role

We are seeking a talented and experienced HSE Officer to join our team at PT Sodexo Sinergi Indonesia. In this contract-based role, you will be responsible for ensuring the health, safety, and environmental compliance of our operations in South Jakarta. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in maintaining a safe and sustainable work environment for our employees and clients.

What you'll be doing

  • Developing, implementing, and monitoring health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures
  • Conducting regular risk assessments and implementing appropriate control measures
  • Providing training and support to employees on health, safety, and environmental best practices
  • Investigating and reporting on incidents and accidents, and recommending corrective actions
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and address potential health, safety, and environmental concerns
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to health, safety, and environmental activities

What we're looking for

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in health, safety, or environmental management
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an HSE Officer or similar role in the food industry
  • Prior experience of working in a hospital setting is a plus
  • Thorough understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations and best practices
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with employees at all levels
  • Preferably have a General AK3 certificate, PPU, or other EHS training
  • Proficiency in using HSE-related software and tools
  • A proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative approach to work
