Uraian Jabatan:

  • Menjalankan dan mengkoordnasikan kepatuhan terhadap peraturan Kesehatan, Keselamatan, dan Lingkungan (HSE) pada area proyek
  • Menjalankan inspeksi keselamatan secara rutin dan mengidentifikasi potensi bahaya yang akan timbul di seluruh area proyek
  • Memantau seluruh pekerjaan proyek di lapangan dan mengawasi implementasi kepatuhan terhadap standar dan K3 yang telah ditetapkan.
  • Menjalankan kegiatan induksi K3 dan pelatihan keselamatan secara rutin
  • Mengelola seluruh dokumentasi K3, laporan insiden dan tanggap darurat, serta melakukan filling secara lengkap dan akurat
  • Membuat jadwal dan menjalankan pelatihan kedaruratan, kampanye keselamatan, dan program terkait K3 secara rutin,
  • Melakukan investigasi terhadap insiden yang terjadi pada area proyek dan berikan rekomendasi tindakan korektif serta preventif agar tidak terjadi
  • Melakukan koordidnasi dengan bagian internal perusahaan maunpun eksternal seperti badan regulasi K3 agar implementasi K3 berjalan dengan baik

Job Qualification
- Mempunyai pendidikan D3/ S1 Teknik Lingkungan / yang relevan
- Mempunyai 5 tahun pengalaman bekerja sebagai HSE proyek Sipil dan 3 tahun menjadi HSE Coordinator untuk proyek Sipil
- Disyaratkan memiliki sertifikat ahli K3 Umum dari kemenaker RI
- Mampu melakukan inspeksi keselamatan, audit, dan investigasi insiden.
- Memiliki keterampilan komunikasi yang baik
- Menguasai aplikasi Ms. Office.
- Bersedia ditempatkan diseluruh proyek di Indonesia (Disyaratkan)
