About the role

PT Etrama Nusa Energi is seeking a dedicated HSE Coordinator to join our team in South Jakarta, Jakarta. As a full-time employee, you will play a vital role in promoting a strong safety culture and ensuring that all project activities are conducted in compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. You will oversee the implementation of HSE standards across all site operations, identify potential hazards, and coordinate preventive measures to minimize risk. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills to ensure the project meets both company and regulatory HSE requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare and maintain HSE documentation, including incident reports and performance summaries.
  2. Investigate accidents or near misses and recommend effective corrective and preventive actions.
  3. Help compile tender-related documents
  4. Conduct research and data collection related to project safety requirements
  5. Participate in internal audits, inspections, and safety programs
  6. Support compliance with HSE regulations and company standards

Requirements

  1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar HSE Coordinator role within the construction industry
  2. Strong knowledge of health, safety and environmental regulations and best practices
  3. Holds a valid K3 Certification by Kemenaker (AK3 Umum, AK3 Listrik & TKBT 2 )
  4. Demonstrates strong initiative, attention to detail, and analytical thinking
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with employees at all levels
  6. Proven problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  7. Proficient in using relevant HSE software and data analysis tools
  8. Willing to learn and contribute to both technical and administrative HSE workMinimum 3 years of experience in a similar HSE Coordinator role within the construction industry
