Job Description

  • Ensure all operations comply with relevant HSE regulations, standards, and company policies.
  • Lead and support the implementation of HSE programs, procedures, and initiatives across departments.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and recommend corrective actions to mitigate hazards.
  • Perform routine HSE inspections and internal audits to identify non-compliance and areas for improvement.
  • Investigate HSE incidents, prepare reports, and follow up on corrective and preventive actions.
  • Organize and deliver HSE training sessions to employees and contractors to promote a safety culture.
  • Maintain accurate records and prepare periodic reports on HSE performance and compliance status.
  • Recommend and implement improvements to HSE systems and practices.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Construction/ Fabrication yard (min 2 projects)
  • Min 5 years experience as HSE personnel
  • Strong leadership and good communication skill.
  • Strong understanding of Safety compliance
  • Bachelor's degree in public health/HSE, civil engineering, mechanical engineering, or electrical engineering
  • Proficient in written and spoken English
