Job Description

The IT Specialist will be responsible for providing day-to-day technical support, maintaining system and network stability, and ensuring the security and functionality of company IT infrastructure. This role also involves supporting internal systems such as Odoo ERP, HRIS, and workflow management tools to enhance business operations.

Responsibilities:


• Provide technical support for software, hardware, and network-related issues.


• Manage local area networks, including IP configuration, routers, switches, and remote access.


• Administer Windows client/server environments and manage user permissions.


• Maintain and troubleshoot Odoo ERP and HRIS systems.


• Support system integration across multiple platforms.


• Ensure data backup, recovery processes, and IT security protocols are in place.


• Coordinate with vendors and internal departments for system maintenance and improvement.


• Promote awareness of IT security best practices among employees.

Requirements:


• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science


• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or system administration.


• Hands-on experience with Odoo ERP system preferred.


• Familiar with workflow management tools (Jira, Asana, or ).


• Proficient in Power BI


• Knowledge of Workspace management, and system backup procedures.


• Good understanding of networking (IP, DHCP, DNS, router/switch configuration).


• Familiar with IT security tools (antivirus, firewall, patching).


• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.


• Able to explain technical issues clearly to non-technical users.
