A large-scale Group of companies with various industries, is seeking for Head of Information Technology to lead our Technology Team, placed in Head Office - Surabaya, with following responsibilities:

Strategic Planning and Leadership

  • Developing IT strategy: Aligning IT goals with the organization's business objectives.
  • Leading IT teams: Managing and mentoring IT professionals to ensure optimal performance.
  • Budgeting: Overseeing IT budgets and allocating resources effectively.

Technology Implementation and Management

  • Technology evaluation: Researching and recommending new technologies to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Infrastructure management: Ensuring the smooth operation of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and data centers.
  • Security: Implementing robust security measures to protect sensitive data and systems.
  • Compliance: Ensuring adherence to industry regulations and standards.

Service Delivery and Support

  • IT service delivery: Overseeing the delivery of IT services to end-users, including help desk support and system maintenance.
  • Problem resolution: Identifying and resolving IT issues promptly.
  • Continuous improvement: Implementing processes to enhance IT service quality and efficiency.

Vendor Management

  • Vendor selection: Identifying and selecting appropriate IT vendors and service providers.
  • Contract negotiation: Negotiating contracts with vendors to ensure favorable terms and conditions.
  • Vendor performance management: Monitoring vendor performance and addressing any issues.

Project Management

  • Project oversight: Managing IT projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
  • Risk management: Identifying and mitigating risks associated with IT projects.
  • Stakeholder management: Communicating with stakeholders and ensuring their satisfaction with IT projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology / computer science
  • 8-10 years of experience in IT Leadership
  • Proven track record of successfully leading IT transformation
  • Experience in a variety of industries is an advantage
  • Willing to be placed in our Surabaya Head Quarter (Eastern Surabaya)
