Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in CRM or in-app marketing in a fast-paced and highly competitive setting.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
- Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind.
- Experience in creating creative, technical campaign briefs and project management.
- Hands-on experience in campaign management tools, lifecycle design, and experimentation techniques. Familiarity with personalized campaign communication channels, offer design tools.
- Persistence, enthusiastic to learn new skills and have a can-do attitude.
- Detail-oriented, organized, self-starter and a great communicator.
- Ability to adapt and work in a challenging and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities :
- Developing multi-channel / communication plans to enhance customer engagement.
- Manage campaign calendar
- Understand the daily lives of Grab customers through analytics and research to be able to develop actionable in-app content strategy
- Working with stakeholders to define strategy and define an action plan.
- Working cross-functionally with creative, product, analytics, and agencies.
- Coordinating the best time and best action marketing across channels.
- Refining segmentations and testing effectiveness. Integrating campaign analytics/insights into decision making.
