The Core Objectives:

  1. Developing multi-channel / communication plans to enhance customer engagement.

  2. Manage campaign calendar

  3. Understand the daily lives of customers through analytics and research to be able to develop actionable in-app content strategy

  4. Working with stakeholders to define strategy and define an action plan.

  5. Working cross-functionally with creative, product, analytics, and agencies.

  6. Coordinating the best time and best action marketing across channels.

  7. Refining segmentations and testing effectiveness.

Integrating campaign analytics/insights into decision making.

Infuse local market knowledge into campaign performance insights and optimization roadmap

Ensure quality of offers and incentives to drive campaign results

Essential Experience / Criteria:

  1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in CRM or in-app marketing in a fast-paced and highly

competitive setting.

  1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field.

  2. Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind.

  3. Experience in creating creative, technical campaign briefs and project management.

  4. Hands-on experience in campaign management tools, lifecycle design, and experimentation

techniques.

  1. Familiarity with personalized campaign communication channels, offer design tools.

  2. Persistence, enthusiastic to learn new skills and have a can-do attitude.

  3. Detail-oriented, organized, self-starter and a great communicator.

  4. Ability to adapt and work in a challenging and dynamic environment.
