  • Mengelola dan memastikan database pelanggan selalu up to date
  • Menganalisa data pelanggan untuk memahami perilaku , preferensi dan kebutuhan pelanggan
  • Mendiskusikan hasil analisis data pelanggan dengan tim sales / operation dan tim marketing untuk merancang program dan inisiatif yang dapat meningkatkan retensi pelanggan , memperoleh pelanggan baru dan meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan secara keseluruhan
  • Memonitor dan memaksimalkan strategi customer lifetime value untuk mendapatkan profitabilitas yang maksimum
  • Melakukan monitoring komunikasi tim CRM dengan konsumen ( tim CRM berkomunikasi dengan pasien menggunakan berbagai saluran komunikasi seperti email , telepon , social media dan platform online lainnya )
  • Melakukan monitoring serta evaluasi customer experience . Hasilnya di diskusikan dengan tiom operation
  • Mengembangkan strategi CRM yang efektif
  • Mengukur efektifitas strategi CRM yang sudah diterapkan , menganalisa / mengevaluasi serta menyusun perbaikan strategi CRM tersebut

Kualifikasi :

  • Usia maksimal 30 tahun
  • Pendidikan minimal S1 Statistika / Matematika / Teknik Informatika
  • Pengalaman minimal 2 tahun sebagai CRM Supervisor / CRM Specialist
  • Memiliki latar belakang yang kuat dalam strategi akuisisi pelanggan re-engagement
  • Mampu menguasai Ms Office, Program Statistik (SPSS atau lainnya), dan Program CRM
  • Teliti, memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik, dan mampu bekerja dalam team
  • Dapat mengikuti trend marketing dan memahami situasi market saat ini
