Job Summary

This position serves as a
strategic partner to the CEO
, responsible for driving high-level business analyses and strategic initiatives across the organization. The role involves
conducting feasibility studies, financial analysis, market research, benchmarking
, and
developing business projections
for both existing and upcoming projects. Acting as an
internal business consultant
, the incumbent provides data-driven insights and strategic recommendations directly to the CEO and shareholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct
    feasibility studies
    and
    financial modeling
    (IRR, ROI, ROE, and other key metrics) to evaluate business opportunities and investment decisions.
  • Perform
    market and competitive research
    to identify trends, best practices, and benchmark performance.
  • Develop and present
    business projections
    , strategic recommendations, and executive reports for the CEO and management team.
  • Manage and coordinate
    cross-functional strategic projects
    to ensure alignment with corporate goals.
  • Support the CEO in
    business planning, performance monitoring, and strategic initiatives
    .
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external consultants to ensure project feasibility and execution.
  • Prepare and maintain executive-level presentations, business cases, and investment proposals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher from a
    top university
    , preferably from
    China
    or other leading global institutions.
  • Proven experience (8+ years) in
    corporate strategy, management consulting, or project management
    , ideally from
    gold mining, large conglomerates, or top-tier consulting firms.
  • Strong financial and analytical skills with hands-on experience in
    investment feasibility studies and business valuation
    .
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in both
    English and Mandarin
    (spoken and written).
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to work independently and present complex ideas clearly to senior stakeholders.
  • High level of integrity, adaptability, and business acumen.
