Roles Objectives:

Turn Kostify's marketing initiatives into real conversations by connecting warm prospects with our Sales Lead and booking as many qualified meetings as possible.

Key Responsibilities:

1.
Coordinate with the marketing team
to connect and optimize all lead-generating initiatives:

  • Organic social media content (created by the content team)
  • SEO campaigns (handled by the SEO team)

  • Meta Ads campaigns (managed by the ads team)

  • Conduct
    direct outreach
    to potential clients through DMs, WhatsApp, email, or calls.

  • Qualify and nurture leads until they're ready to speak with our
    Sales Lead
    .

  • Manage schedules and ensure a consistent flow of meetings between warm prospects and the sales team.

  • Maintain accurate lead records and prepare weekly reports on:

  • Number of leads generated

  • Booked meetings
  • Conversion and engagement rates

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Enjoys connecting with people and communicating clearly
  • Has a growth mindset and takes initiative to improve processes
  • Understands digital marketing basics (social, SEO, ads)
  • Organized, responsive, and goal-oriented
  • Blend of Sales and Marketing Communication (MarCom).
  • Comfortable with both community engagement and direct client approach.
  • Enjoys working in a field-based environment meeting people, visiting places, and connecting businesses.
  • Able to represent Kostify in collaborations with government, local communities, and business partners.
  • Has prior experience working in 2–3 different companies or projects.
  • Preferably someone who is independent, socially active, and adaptive to new environments.
  • Must have lived in a boarding house (kost) preferably in 2 or more different places (is a plus).
  • Willing to work in the office (Jakarta / Bandung / Jogja branch) & hybrid (remote) work.
