KUALIFIKASI:

Pendidikan:

Minimal gelar Sarjana (S1) di bidang Pendidikan, Manajemen, Komunikasi, atau bidang terkait.

Pengalaman:

Pengalaman kerja minimal 2–3 tahun di lingkungan pendidikan, kursus, atau layanan pelanggan. Berpengalaman menangani operasional pusat belajar menjadi nilai tambah.

Komunikasi:

Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi lisan dan tertulis yang sangat baik, serta mampu berinteraksi dengan siswa, orang tua, dan tim internal dengan profesional.

Dapat berbahasa Inggris / Mandarin secara verbal menjadi nilai tambahan.

Administrasi & Organisasi:

Mampu mengelola administrasi harian, menyusun jadwal, dan memastikan operasional pusat berjalan lancar.

Manajemen Proyek:

Mampu menangani beberapa kegiatan sekaligus seperti jadwal kelas, acara pusat, dan koordinasi internal.

Penguasaan Teknologi:

Menguasai aplikasi perkantoran (Google Workspace/Microsoft Office), aplikasi administrasi, serta platform komunikasi digital.

Analitis:

Mampu membaca data operasional seperti perkembangan siswa, absensi, dan kebutuhan kelas untuk mendukung pengambilan keputusan.

Adaptabilitas:

Fleksibel dalam menghadapi perubahan jadwal atau kebutuhan mendadak, serta mampu menyesuaikan pendekatan sesuai situasi.

Koordinasi Tim:

Mampu bekerja sama dengan pengajar dan tim lain, serta memastikan standar pelayanan di pusat tetap konsisten dan berkualitas.


TUGAS DAN TANGGUNG JAWAB:
  • Menyusun dan menyampaikan onboarding untuk staff baru (Admission, Marketing, Academic, dan Pengajar).
  • Menjalankan training berkala sesuai kebutuhan tiap departemen.
  • Melakukan monitoring kualitas kerja dan layanan, termasuk observasi kelas dan evaluasi staff.
  • Memberikan umpan balik serta rekomendasi perbaikan kepada setiap tim.
  • Mendukung tim Sales dalam menangani kendala di lapangan dan memberikan solusi atas permasalahan yang muncul.
  • Menjaga koordinasi antar departemen agar alur kerja dan informasi tetap lancar.
  • Menyiapkan dan memperbarui dokumen internal seperti SOP, modul training, dan form evaluasi.
  • Mendukung tim akademik dalam memantau perkembangan siswa dan kebutuhan kelas.
  • Terlibat dalam kegiatan internal seperti event, workshop, atau program promosi.
  • Tugas lain yang mendukung pengembangan staff dan kelancaran operasional center.

WORKING HOURS:

Senin - Jumat: 13:00 - 21:00

Sabtu: 10:00 - 16:00
