About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Supervisor Asset Management to join our team at PT Dwimitra Ekatama Mandiri. As a full-time Asset Management Supervisor, you will oversee the effective management, maintenance, and utilisation of all company assets—especially those supporting Data Center construction and MEP infrastructure projects.

This role is essential in maintaining high reliability, efficiency, and readiness of tools, equipment, and project facilities across multiple site locations.

What You'll Be Doing

• Developing and implementing asset management strategies to ensure optimal performance and lifecycle of all company assets, including:

• MEP tools, testing equipment, electrical instruments, lifting tools

• Project facilities, temporary site assets, and construction equipment
• Office assets, such as IT equipment, office facilities, furniture, operational vehicles, and administrative equipment
• Supervising asset management personnel to ensure proactive maintenance, calibration, inspection, and replacement programs—especially for critical tools used in Data Center MEP installation (e.g., power tools, multimeters, torque tools, fiber testers).
• Analysing asset utilisation and performance data across office and project environments to identify improvement opportunities, prevent downtime, and optimise asset-related costs.
• Coordinating with Project, Engineering, Procurement, Warehouse, HSE, IT, and Site Operations to ensure asset availability and readiness meet operational and construction requirements.
• Ensuring asset management activities comply with Data Center construction standards, office facility standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.
• Managing accurate asset inventory, tagging, tracking, calibration schedules, asset issuance/return documentation, and maintenance histories for both project and office assets.
• Preparing regular asset performance and condition reports, asset lifecycle forecasting, and high-risk asset monitoring.
• Providing training, guidance, and mentorship to team members to maintain compliance, accuracy, and operational excellence.

What We're Looking For

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in Asset Management, Maintenance, Inventory, or Operations roles—preferably in Data Center, MEP construction, EPC, or related technical industries.
2. Strong technical knowledge of MEP systems, tools, testing equipment, asset lifecycle planning, and maintenance methods.
3. Experience managing project-based asset operations, including distribution to multiple site locations and coordination with fast-moving project schedules.
4. Proven ability to lead and develop teams in high-demand technical project environments.
5. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills.
6. Proficient in the use of asset management systems/software (e.g., QR tagging systems, digital registers, tracking tools, Microsoft 365, SharePoint).
7. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to interface with project managers, engineers, and technical teams.
8. Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical), Asset Management, or related technical field; relevant certifications are highly advantageous.
