Responsibilities:

  • Engage deeply with business scenarios, collaborate with various departments, and translate business needs into clear, actionable system requirements.
  • Define product direction and roadmap, covering core operations, management processes, external ecosystem integration, and customer-facing applications.
  • Maintain a unified demand pool, conduct value assessment and prioritization to ensure optimal resource allocation.
  • Produce high-quality requirement documents, process designs, prototypes, and acceptance criteria to support cross-functional development.
  • Oversee end-to-end delivery, coordinating closely with the R&D Center to ensure timely execution.
  • Lead UAT activities, monitor delivery quality and alignment with business goals, and drive rapid issue resolution.
  • Track post-launch performance, gather business feedback, and continuously improve product experience and business impact.
  • Drive digitalization initiatives across the entire business chain, enabling process online-ization, data integration, and operational visibility.
