About Reset Room Bali

Reset Room is a modern medical & preventive health clinic in Bali, serving both local and international clients.

We focus on:

  • Preventive healthcare
  • Bloodwork & health tracking
  • IV therapy & recovery
  • Performance & lifestyle optimization

We work closely with gyms, wellness centers, villas, hotels, and international communities and are now expanding our partner network.


The Role (This is NOT a boring sales job)

We're looking for an outgoing, well-connected, and organized person to help grow Reset Room through partnerships, events, and creative outreach.

This role is ideal for someone who:

  • Loves meeting people
  • Is comfortable starting conversations
  • Enjoys being out in the field (gyms, events, hotels)
  • Thinks creatively about how to attract clients
  • Wants flexibility and performance-based rewards

You will not be sitting behind a desk all day.


What You'll Do
Partnerships & Outreach

  • Build and manage partnerships with:

  • Gyms

  • Wellness centers
  • Villas & hotels
  • Do door-to-door outreach in selected areas
  • Maintain relationships with partners over time
Events & Promotions

  • Help organize and manage:

  • Gym activations

  • Wellness events
  • Promotional days
  • Ensure flyers & promo materials are placed and restocked
  • Think of new, creative ways to reach clients
Coordination & Follow-Up
  • Keep track of leads, visits, and partnerships
  • Follow up with potential collaborators

  • Work closely with:

  • Nurses

  • Doctors
  • Social media manager
  • Share feedback from the field to improve offers & campaigns

What We're Looking For
  • Fluent Indonesian
  • Good English (for international partners & clients)
  • Outgoing, confident, not shy
  • Comfortable starting conversations with strangers
  • Well-organized and structured
  • Able to track leads, follow-ups, and partnerships
  • Based in Bali, preferably Ungasan / Jimbaran / Uluwatu
  • Self-driven and responsible (mostly remote role)

Work Setup
  • Mostly remote & field-based
  • Expected to come to the clinic a few times per week
  • Flexible working hours (results matter more than clocking in)

Contract & Compensation

Contract:

  • 3-month trial period
  • Extension to 1-year contract based on performance

Base Salary:

  • IDR 4 – 6 million / month

Commission & Incentives:

  • Commission per client referred
  • Bonuses for successful partnerships
  • Performance-based upside (no hard cap)

This role is designed so strong performers earn significantly more than base salary.
