Role Purpose
The Retreat & Sales Manager is responsible for designing, selling, and delivering profitable wellness retreats for Nirvana Life. This role combines retreat product development, sales strategy, and revenue ownership, ensuring retreats consistently meet financial targets and brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
Retreat Development & Planning
- Design retreat concepts (5–7 days) aligned with Nirvana's wellness philosophy.
- Build retreat itineraries including yoga, meditation, fitness, breathwork, spa, and workshops.
- Coordinate retreat logistics with venues, facilitators, operations, and finance teams.
Sales & Revenue Ownership
- Own retreat sales targets and weekly/monthly revenue goals.
- Manage and guide the retreat sales team (lead follow-ups, closing strategy, pricing).
- Develop and refine retreat pricing, packages, and upsells.
Marketing & Lead Conversion
- Work closely with Marketing on campaigns, EDMs, ads, and partnerships.
- Ensure high lead-to-conversion rates through structured follow-ups and sales scripts.
- Build partnerships with agents, studios, and collaborators.
Guest Experience & Delivery
- Oversee retreat execution to ensure guest satisfaction from pre-arrival to post-retreat.
- Act as the main point of contact for guests before and during retreats.
Reporting & Performance Tracking
- Track KPIs including leads, conversions, revenue, margins, and retreat profitability.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for management.
Key KPIs
- Retreat revenue and net profit (target-driven)
- Conversion rate from leads to bookings
- Retreat occupancy rate
- Guest satisfaction and repeat bookings
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years experience in sales, retreats, hospitality, or wellness tourism.
- Proven track record in achieving revenue or sales targets.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Highly organized with a strong commercial mindset.
- Comfortable working with high-ticket offerings and international clients.
