About the Project

We are launching a premium Wellness & Biohacking Retreat Center in Bali, focused on restoring energy, supporting preventive health, and helping guests reconnect with their physical and mental resources.

This is not a clinic or a hospital, but a high-level wellness environment where modern diagnostic technologies are combined with preventive medicine, Eastern practices, and 5-star service. We work with guests who value results, professionalism, and a thoughtful, human-centered approach to health.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Medical & Wellness Support


• Conduct initial health diagnostics for guests upon arrival (bio-resonance devices, InBody, and other diagnostic tools)


• Assess overall health status and body resources


• Adjust retreat programs individually when needed


• Observe guests' progress throughout the retreat


• Perform final assessments and provide personalized recommendations for lifestyle and health support after the retreat

Medical & Wellness Direction Management


• Full responsibility for the medical and body-based direction of the retreat


• Supervision and control of all diagnostic and wellness devices


• Management of medical and related consumables and supplies


• Development and control of safety and quality standards for procedures

Collaboration with wellness practitioners (massage therapists, yoga and qigong teachers, Ayurvedic and Chinese medicine specialists)

Team Leadership & Training


• Selection, onboarding, training, and development of specialists involved in body-based and wellness services


• Conduct internal trainings and ensure compliance with protocols


• Management and coordination of all specialists involved in guest procedures and treatments

Requirements

Education & Experience


• Higher medical education (mandatory)


• Minimum 5 years of practical experience


• Experience in clinics, wellness centers, spa-hotels, or preventive / anti-age projects is highly desirable


• Additional education or knowledge in Ayurveda, Chinese medicine, preventive medicine, nutrition, or related fields is a strong advantage

Professional Skills


• Strong clinical and holistic thinking


• Understanding of preventive and wellness-based approaches (not disease treatment, but health support and restoration)


• Interest in working with energy, recovery, resilience, and long-term wellbeing


• Willingness to learn and work with modern diagnostic and wellness technologies (training will be provided)

Languages


• English — mandatory (working level is sufficient)


• Bahasa Indonesia — mandatory

• Ability to work confidently with premium-level guests


• Calm, mature, and structured mindset


• Systematic approach and strong organizational skills


• Empathy, attentiveness, and respect for individual needs
