We partner with hospitals, clinics, and medical practices to grow their patient base through ethical marketing, data-driven advertising, and strong patient communication. We are entering our next growth phase - and we're looking for a Sales & Marketing Executive who wants to grow with us.

Role Overview

This is not hard selling. At Search Synergy, clients come to us. Your role is to nurture, educate, and guide healthcare decision-makers - and help them confidently choose our solutions. You will handle inbound leads, light outreach, social nurturing, proposals, and support the launch of our CRM product.

What You'll Do

  • Lead Nurturing & Outreach


• Reach out to inbound leads via WhatsApp, email, and LinkedIn


• Maintain and update HubSpot (CRM) with all lead activities & follow-ups

  • Discovery & Proposal Support


• Conduct initial discovery chats to understand clinic needs


• Assist in drafting proposals and preparing presentations


• Support during closing and onboarding calls

  • Marketing & Nurturing Support


• Assist in scheduling and promoting webinars


• Support social media content (LinkedIn, IG) to build trust among leads


• Help create simple marketing assets (invites, follow-up messages, FAQs)

What We're Looking For

  • 1–2 years experience in sales, client success, or digital marketing (agency/healthcare is a plus)

  • Strong communication in Bahasa Indonesia and conversational English

  • Confident using WhatsApp, Google Workspace, and basic CRM tools

  • Natural listener, empathetic, curious - able to guide conversations, not push

  • Organised, reliable, proactive - someone who follows up without being asked

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Experience hosting webinars or discovery calls

  • Knowledge of digital marketing (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO)

  • Social media experience (LinkedIn, IG)
