Job description:

Job Objectives

Primarily support the design, implement, and continuous improvement of the company's total rewards programs, ensuring competitiveness; internal equity; and alignment with company strategies and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Reward Management
  2. Assist in the design, review, and enhancement of reward programs, including base salary structure, allowances, incentives, and benefits schemes
  3. Conduct compensation benchmarking and market data analysis using internal and external survey sources (Mercer/Willis Tower Watson/Korn Ferry)
  4. Provide analytical insights and recommendations to ensure market competitiveness and cost efficiency
  5. Support annual salary review and incentive payout processes, including but not limited to: data preparation, simulation, and validation
  6. Benefits Management
  7. Act as the point-of-contact (POC) for company car benefit policy
  8. Support the management and periodic review of employee benefit programs (e.g., health insurance, pension, transportation, etc.)
  9. Coordinate with vendors, brokers, and other third parties related to benefit implementation and renewal process
  10. Policy & Process Improvement
  11. Assist in reviewing, updating, and implementing C&B-related policies, SOPs, and guidelines to ensure compliance with internal standards and local regulations
  12. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and employee experience within reward and benefits processes
  13. Reporting & Analytics
  14. Prepare regular and ad-hoc C&B reports for management, including cost analysis, trend monitoring, and forecast simulation
  15. Ensure C&B-related data's accuracy and confidentiality
  16. Collaboration & Advisory Support
  17. Provide advisory support to HR leaders and/or relevant stakeholders on C&B-related matters
  18. Collaborate with HQ or any other APAC subsidiaries for alignment on total rewards philosophy, data request/submission, and corporate initiatives

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5–7 years of working experience in compensation and benefits, preferably in a fast-paced and/or multinational environment.
  • Strong analytical, numerical, and Excel skills; experience with HRIS and market survey tools is an advantage.
  • Good understanding of Indonesian labor and tax regulations related to compensation and benefits.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • High attention to detail, integrity, and confidentiality.
