Head of Business Development

Job Description:
- Develop and execute lead generation strategies to acquire new clients through market research, outbound campaigns, events, and digital channels.
- Build, manage, and continuously enrich the company's lead database by identifying and qualifying prospects across various industries.
- Drive outbound prospecting initiatives via email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp Business API, cold calls, and networking to secure meetings and sales opportunities.
- Lead the qualification process of leads, ensuring a strong match between prospect needs and Jatis Mobile's offerings.
- Oversee the sales funnel from lead generation to deal closure, coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth proposal and solution delivery.
- Initiate and lead client reactivation programs
to reconnect with inactive or dormant clients, identify new opportunities, and re-establish business relationships. - Collaborate with the marketing team to align campaigns with lead generation and reactivation goals, and track the performance of marketing-sourced and reactivated leads.
- Conduct detailed account mapping to identify key stakeholders, decision-makers, and influencers within target organizations.
- Maintain accurate records of all lead and reactivation activities using CRM systems, and regularly report performance metrics to top management.
- Guide and mentor the Business Development team to ensure consistent execution of lead generation and client reactivation initiatives.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new channels for lead generation to continuously optimize strategy.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record in building and managing a high-performing sales pipeline and client reactivation activities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and proficient in English (both verbal and written).
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales analytics.
- Experience in the IT or SaaS industry is a strong advantage.
- Strong strategic thinking and people leadership abilities.
- Willing to be based in South Jakarta (Hybrid).
