Business Portfolio Manager

Job Description
:

  • Monitoring and managing the performance of existing investments in the firm's portfolio. This involves tracking key metrics, analyzing financial performance, and providing strategic guidance to portfolio companies.
  • Offering strategic advice and guidance to the leadership teams of portfolio companies to help them scale, grow, and navigate challenges - and this includes the like of business development, market expansion, fundraising, and operational improvements.
  • Leading team for three tribe teams with specific Job description as follow: Reporting, Analyst and Problem Solving (Recovery).
  • Participating in the due diligence process for potential investments, evaluating market opportunities, assessing risks, and analyzing financial and business models of prospective companies.
  • Performing and preparing analysis on investment opportunities including forecasts, valuation and exit analysis.
  • Demonstrating functional competence and deep industry knowledge.
  • Monitor and develop strategic plans for collections.

Qualification
:

  • Minimally 5-6 years of experience in the financial services sector (e.g. Banks, finance companies, fintech companies, auditors of banks, finance companies and fintech companies)
  • Has experience in Consultant Business Company or Banking Credit Restructuring and Risk Management.
  • Possesses a Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Financial Management.
  • Fluency in English and strong communication skills is a must
  • A keen eye for detail and desire to probe further into data
  • Ability to work with tight deadlines
