Responsibilities

  • Analyze business processes related to sales force apps (sales visit, activity, sales order, tracking flow).

  • Translate business needs into clear system requirements, functional specs, and workflow documents.

  • Bridge communication between client, product team, developer, and data team.

  • Identify gaps, inconsistencies, or missing data in the sales tracking process.

  • Conduct requirement gathering sessions and create BRD/FRD, flowcharts, and data mapping.

  • Support UAT, create test scenarios, and coordinate issue resolution with the development team.

  • Ensure changes and enhancements are well-documented and communicated.

Requirements

  • 4–6 years experience as a System Analyst or Business Analyst.

  • Strong understanding of sales operations, field force, or FMCG/distribution workflows.

  • Familiar with KPI tracking such as visit rate, effective call, coverage, conversion, route compliance.

  • Able to create clear documentation: BRD, FRD, user flow, process flow, data mapping.

  • Understanding of basic SQL or ability to read data structure is a plus.

  • Comfortable working with dashboard or analytics output (Power BI/Tableau/Data Studio helpful).

  • Excellent communication skills for handling clients and internal teams.

  • Detail-oriented and strong analytical thinking.
