Job Description :

  • Mengembangkan produk berdasarkan kebutuhan pasar, hasil evaluasi produksi, serta feedback pelanggan.
  • Menyusun dan memastikan penerapan standar kualitas produk, termasuk pembuatan SOP, WI, dan spesifikasi teknis.
  • Melakukan inspeksi, analisa penyebab masalah kualitas (root cause analysis), dan tindakan koreksi/preventif (CAPA) terhadap produk atau proses.
  • Berkoordinasi dengan tim produksi, engineering, dan supplier untuk menjamin kesesuaian material, komponen, serta hasil akhir produk.
  • Menyusun laporan pengujian, hasil evaluasi kualitas, dan rekomendasi pengembangan produk baru atau modifikasi desain.
