About the role

What you'll be doing

  1. Developing and implementing effective merchandising plans to maximise product visibility and sales
  2. Collaborating with the sales team to ensure product availability and optimal in-store presentation
  3. Monitoring and analysing sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  4. Coordinating with the logistics team to ensure timely product replenishment and efficient stock management
  5. Providing valuable feedback and recommendations to the marketing and product development teams
  6. Maintaining strong relationships with key retailers and distributors
  7. Ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 2 years of experience in a merchandising or retail-related role
  2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with various stakeholders
  4. Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to interpret sales trends and market insights
  5. Creative thinking and a proactive approach to developing innovative merchandising strategies
  6. Familiarity with the labourers industry and a deep understanding of consumer behaviour
  7. Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
