We are looking for an R&D Product Designer to support our Product Development team in

Jepara. This role is for someone with strong design foundations and hands-on experience in

furniture design, materials, and construction, who is ready to contribute to both creative and

technical development.

Responsibilities
:

  • Design and developing new furniture collections for global markets
  • Create and refine 3D models, renderings, and technical drawings for prototyping and production
  • Research materials, construction methods, and furniture styles to support product
  • development
  • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure design feasibility and quality standards
  • Support in preparing presentations, documentation, and product development reports

Requirements
:

  • Bachelor's degree in Furniture Design, Industrial Design, or related field
  • 5 years of professional experience in furniture design or product development
  • Basic knowledge of furniture construction, materials, and style
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, 3ds Max, SketchUp, or similar software
  • Strong portfolio of previous design work
  • Rendering skills for product visualisation
  • Creativity and practical ability to solve design challenges
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • English proficiency is a plus
