What you do :

  • Develop new products by conducting lab-scale trials, pilot trials, and applications on production machines.
  • Prepare panel tests and report the results.
  • Perform process validation and verification of measuring instruments, weighing equipment, and production processes — including mixing, filling, and packing.
  • Improve existing products by optimizing formulas, processes, and alternative raw materials to enhance quality and reduce costs.
  • Create and propose Procedures or Work Instructions required for Halal Certification, as well as the necessary documentation to support Research and Development (R&D) functions.
  • Develop standard documents, specifications, and reports for production preparation.
  • Monitor and record incoming sample materials and packaging materials.

We are looking for you who :

  • Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Food Technology with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
  • Able to understand and implement ISO 9001, GMP, HACCP, 5S, K3, Food Security/GSV, Halal Assurance (HAS 23000), FSSC 22000, and Food Safety standards.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in handling FMCG products.
  • Strong knowledge in raw material selection and process optimization to improve or extend product shelf life.
  • Capable of formulating product claims and preparing technical briefs.
