We are looking for a Product Development who will drive end-to-end innovation from market insights to a successful product launch. EICK dedicated to driving product innovation through high-standard research, strong formulation excellence, and consumer-focused development.

We serve as the innovation hub for multiple brands under Erdigma Group where creativity, scientific thinking, and execution speed come together to build strong, market-relevant products.

Responsibilites

  • Conduct market, consumer, and competitor research to ensure products are fit to market and aligned with brand positioning.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience
    in Product Development within
    FMCG
    ,
    beauty
    , or other relevant consumer industries.
  • Collaborate with internal manufacturing and OEM/contract manufacturers to develop effective formulations that meet performance and claim standards.
  • Oversee packaging development, ensuring alignment with brand identity, cost efficiency, and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage the complete NPD timeline: concepting → sampling → pilot → mass production → launch readiness.
  • Coordinate all regulatory processes, including BPOM registration, labeling compliance, and supporting technical documents.
  • Work closely with Brand Marketing to ensure strong go-to-market execution and high-quality product launches.
  • Monitor post-launch performance and gather consumer feedback for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, or relevant fields.
  • Proven experience in FMCG or Beauty Product Development is highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of formulation processes, packaging, and BPOM regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent project management and cross-functional coordination skills.
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willing to relocate to
