What you'll do and what success looks like in this role:

• Maintain Gross NPL at ≤ 2%
• Maintain Flow Rate* for each bucket
• Analyze collection performance trends, customer/debtor segmentation, and the effectiveness of collection strategies to prepare or revise efficient collection policies
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on collection performance, including aging, bucket flow rate, recovery rate, DC and FC productivity, and TL collection performance
• Conduct data analysis and forecasting, analyze payment delay trends, evaluate the effectiveness of collection efforts, and produce performance predictions to support decision-making
• Monitor SLA and KPI for the Collection Team, measure and report SLA and KPI achievements such as Contact Rate, Success Rate, PTP, etc.
• Develop Dashboards and Monitoring Tools, collaborate with the IT/BI team and other related divisions to create real-time dashboards that display key performance indicators
• Provide data-driven recommendations on collection strategies, adjust collection methods, and determine debtor prioritization
• Perform data validation to ensure data accuracy and reliability for reporting and strategic decision-making
• Conduct analysis and provide business insights to support system enhancement and tool improvement for better collection performance
• Deliver recommendations to the collection team based on data findings and performance trends
• Monitor system integrations with third parties related to collection processes, especially in Digital Banking
• Prepare and manage reporting for Retail Banking

What Is Required And What We're Looking For:

• Minimum education: Bachelor's Degree (any major)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in data analytics, Policy, MIS, or Business Intelligence
• Used to and capable of building "raw" data into a database and reports, as well as performing analysis that can be used to determine collection strategies
• Has experience leading a team for at least 2 years
• Experienced in managing and analyzing performance data, especially related to Collection
• Proficient in using computers and data analysis tools such as advanced Excel, SQL, Power BI / Tableau / Looker, Python or R (added value), etc.
• Understands collection strategy workflows and collection performance indicators (Flowrate, aging, success rate, PTP, Recovery Rate, etc.)
• Mastery of data management and KPI dashboard development
• Able to perform data modeling, segmentation, and trend analysis
• Familiar and experienced with collection and recovery systems
• Has strong communication and presentation skills (capable of speaking in front of a forum and delivering data in a clear business insight format)
• Strong analytical thinking, problem solving, and critical thinking skills
• Strong leadership skills, able to lead a team, motivate, and direct the team effectively
• Collaborative and able to work across divisions
• Adaptive, resilient, able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
• Has work experience in the financial sector, especially in banking/non-bank financial institution
• Preferably has experience in Banking (Conventional and Digital) for at least 3 years
• Understands OJK regulations/guidelines related to banking and digital banking
• Does not have any bad record or unresolved debts with any bank
• Has a high level of accuracy and detail in processes
• Understands operational procedures and OJK regulations (Conventional and Digital Banking)
