LEKA is a fast-growing mom & baby brand specializing in home appliances, with a particular focus on air purifier & dehumidifiers. Through innovation and design, we strive to create products that people love to use while promoting a cleaner, healthier lifestyle.

Role Description

We are looking for a Brand Manager who is creative, data-driven, and passionate about digital engagement. In this role, you will be responsible for shaping and executing LEKA's brand direction & strategy to enhance awareness, foster community, and drive customer engagement.

What You'll Do

  • Responsible for LEKA's monthly target & drive sales to reach objectives
  • Develop and execute strategic campaigns aligned with LEKA's brand identity and marketing objectives
  • Ensure LEKA's brand direction is consistent across campaigns & platforms, including but not limited to copywriting, visual direction, and social media content
  • Engage with followers and build community programs across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) by tailoring messaging to each audience
  • Understand & listen to LEKA's customers & followers - share insights to product team regarding consumer behaviour & market trends

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in branding, marketing & other related fields
  • A people-first leader, strong verbal communication & confident
  • Data-driven & strong analytical skills
  • Up to date with marketing trends & branding, social media strategy
  • Proactive, highly organized & able to work both independently & collaboratively
  • Able to work on-site at our office in Grogol, West Jakarta
  • Experience in the mom & baby industry is a plus
