Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an ERP Solution Architect (Presales) based in Jakarta, Indonesia. The primary responsibilities include designing comprehensive ERP and enterprise software architecture, analyzing client requirements, and aligning proposed solutions with business processes. Additionally, the professional will collaborate closely with sales teams to deliver compelling technical proposals, showcase solution capabilities through demonstrations, and provide pre-sales technical support to clients.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Business Process understanding and optimization, ensuring alignment with client requirements
  • Proven skills in Solution Architecture and Enterprise Architecture to design scalable and efficient systems
  • Experience with Enterprise Software and ERP systems, including implementation and integration
  • Strong knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) across industries and business models
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey technical solutions to clients
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage client relationships
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proficiency in English and familiarity with the local business landscape in Indonesia
  • Prior experience in a presales or solution architect role is a plus
