SOLUTIONS ARCHITECT

Responsibilities

Customer Engagement


• Berinteraksi langsung dengan pelanggan untuk memahami kebutuhan bisnis dan tantangan teknis mereka.


• Melakukan analisis kebutuhan (requirement gathering) secara sistematis melalui wawancara, workshop, dan observasi proses bisnis.


• Menjadi trusted advisor bagi pelanggan dengan pendekatan yang profesional dan bersahabat.

Solution Design


• Mendesain arsitektur solusi end-to-end (termasuk integrasi sistem, keamanan, skalabilitas, dan cost efficiency).


• Mengusulkan solusi berbasis teknologi yang relevan dengan kebutuhan bisnis pelanggan dan kapabilitas perusahaan.


• Berkolaborasi dengan tim sales, delivery, dan presales product untuk memastikan solusi dapat diimplementasikan dengan baik.

Presentation & Proposal


• Menyusun dan mempresentasikan proposal solusi yang jelas dan menarik untuk pelanggan, baik secara teknis maupun bisnis.


• Mampu menjelaskan nilai tambah (value proposition) dari solusi yang ditawarkan.


• Terlibat dalam melakukan monitoring PoC (Proof of Concept) atau demo teknis kepada pelanggan sesuai dengan solusi yang akan diberikan.

Continuous Improvement


• Terus belajar dan memperbarui diri terhadap teknologi terbaru (cloud, security, AI, DevOps, networking, DC-DR solution, dsb).


• Berbagi pengetahuan dengan tim lain dan berkontribusi dalam sesi internal learning.


• Memberikan feedback dan insight kepada manajemen terkait tren teknologi dan kebutuhan pasar.

Requirements


• Pengalaman 4–6 tahun di bidang Solution Architecture, Presales, atau System Design.


• Pengalaman dalam merancang solusi berbasis:

o Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) atau Hybrid Infrastructure

o Networking / Security / DevOps / Application Integration (sesuaikan fokus per perusahaan)


• Mampu membuat HLD/LLD, Solution Proposal, dan Architecture Diagram.


• Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan presentasi yang sangat baik, mampu menjembatani kebutuhan bisnis dan teknis.


• Terbiasa bekerja dengan pelanggan enterprise dan memiliki orientasi pelayanan yang tinggi.

Preferred Qualifications (Lebih diutamakan)


• Memiliki Sertifikasi pada area2 tersebut di bawah:

o AWS Solutions Architect Associate / Professional

o Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert

o CCNP/CCIE atau Sertifikasi Networking yang setara level professional – Expert

o RDBMS – Oracle / DB2 / Postgree / dsb


• Berpengalaman dalam proses tender, proposal teknis, atau PoC.


• Familiar dengan Design Thinking dan Consultative Approach.
