Jakarta Premium Outlets Tangerang City is a premium shopping mall that aims for world-class shopping destination. We are currently recruiting employees for the operational and management team at Alam Sutera Tangerang Indonesia.

This role is for Supervisor Level.

Basic Job Function:

Responsible for executing marketing and promotional activities following the marketing plan and timelines set by the management. Candidates with hands-on Digital Marketing experience are highly preferred.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  1. Assisting the marketing assistant manager in carrying out all marketing and promotional activities.
  2. Running administrative activities required in marketing, event and promotion.
  3. Ensuring that the marketing, event and promotion activity schedule runs according to schedule.
  4. Ensuring that marketing, event and promotion activities run smoothly.
  5. Provide fresh ideas to improve marketing, event and promotions in achieving company targets and objectives.
  6. Coordinating with the store to provide updated information.
  7. Create weekly and monthly marketing and promotion reports.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum bachelor's degree in marketing, communication or related major.
  2. At least with 3 years minimum of experience as supervisor / executive marketing, preferably in shopping mall.
  3. Age between 25 – 28 years old.
  4. Familiar with MS office (excel, word, powerpoint), corel draw, photoshop, video editing, other design application.
  5. Familiar with social media, event and digital marketing.
  6. Able to work independently and as a team.
  7. Can build relationships and adaptive.
  8. Excellent level of ethics and integrity
  9. Willing to be work in site office Alam Sutera Tangerang.
