About the role

Seeking an enthusiastic and creative Marketing professional to join the team at Local Performance Gym' in Tangerang, Banten. This full-time role will be responsible for developing and executing effective marketing strategies to promote the gym's services and drive membership growth.

What you'll be doing

  • Create and implement engaging marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and print advertising
  • Actively create strategy and execution to generate leads
  • Manage the gym's social media platforms, regularly updating content and interacting with followers
  • Develop and distribute targeted email newsletters to keep members informed and attract new leads
  • Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and support the onboarding of new members
  • Analyse marketing performance data and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Assist with the coordination and promotion of special events and member programs
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance the gym's marketing efforts

What we're looking for

  • 2-3 years of experience in a marketing or communications role, preferably within the fitness or sports industry
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across multiple channels
  • Strong social media skills and experience managing platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content
  • Proficient in using marketing tools and analytics platforms to measure and optimise campaigns
  • Creativity and a passion for the fitness industry
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Active lifestyle
