Job Description
  1. Recruitment and Employer Branding
Evaluate external labor market conditions and internal employee turnover trends to recommend changes to the organization's recruitment strategies.Direct the organization's recruitment activities to ensure the best selection for each role and the recruitment process is conducted efficiently, economically and in accordance with the organization's policies and standards. (These activities may include talent pooling/ segmentation, employer branding/ talent outreach, interviewing/ coordinate interviews, checking references, negotiating employment offers, relocation, orientation and introductory training.)Adapt and improve existing recruitment activities to changing market conditions.Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  1. Stakeholder Management
Liaise with managers to develop and implement recruitment strategies that are appropriate for their business needs and consistent with the organization's overall HR strategy.Select and manage ongoing relationships with recruitment agencies to ensure satisfactory standards of service.Build positive candidate experience, manage candidate communities, and maintain
relationships for those candidates who are not selected at present against a particular skill set, but have few more skills.Assign buddy to new hire
  1. Pre-employee Data Management
Manage employment contracts, including extension of employment offers within company procedure and labor lawCollect candidate's pre-employment requirements depending on the policy and other legal administration, such as contract and tax ID.Fulfill employee's logistical work needs based on the policy and other legal administration, such as work permit/ immigration requirements and BPJS registration (applicable in Indonesia).Monitor changes in labor law and adapt pre-employment and employment requirements based on itManage and update employee data due to hiring and internal movementComplete regular data quality reviewsRequirementsBachelor Degree Graduates with proven work experience as a Recruiter with minimum 3-5 years of experience in the field.Hands on experience with various selection processes (CV screening, HR screening, User Interview Scheduling, Reference Checking, Offering Process).Fluent in English and comfortable in managing internal/external stakeholders.Able to work independently with minimum support.Good inter personal skills.Having experiences working with Workday ATS would be preferrable.
