Information About The Role

As a Project Intern, you will work closely with the Project Manager, gaining hands-on experience in project execution and tech tools. This role offers exposure to project documentation, reporting, and process optimization while ensuring seamless coordination across teams. It's a great opportunity to develop project management skills in a tech-driven environment.

Key Responsibility

  • Maintain and update project documentation, ensuring all records are accurate and well-organized.
  • Prepare reports and summaries related to project progress, findings, and key insights.
  • Contribute to the creation of guidelines, templates, and SOPs for better project standardization.
  • Monitor and track Purchase Orders (PO) to ensure timely processing and completion.

Requirement

  • Final year student or fresh graduate from a reputable university with a minimum GPA of 3.35
  • Demonstrates strong analytical and problem-solving skills, supported by academic or project experience
  • Actively involved in student organizations, extracurricular activities, or leadership roles
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written and spoken
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to collaborate with diverse teams
  • Fast learner with a proactive and curious mindset
  • Willing to take on challenges, explore new ideas, and contribute to continuous improvements
