Job Description:

  • Mengkonfigurasi email dan customer journey untuk campaign marketing menggunakan Salesforce Marketing Automation.

  • Melakukan data cleansing dan upload data pemasaran ke Salesforce.

  • Membuat dan menyediakan laporan campaign secara berkala (mingguan & bulanan).

  • Menangani dan menyelesaikan masalah teknis terkait konfigurasi email serta journey campaign (termasuk HTML coding).

  • Memberikan dukungan dan maintenance tepat waktu untuk aktivitas marketing automation yang sedang berjalan.

Requirements:

  • Pendidikan minimal D3/S1: Computer Science, Information Systems, atau bidang terkait.

  • Menguasai HTML coding untuk kebutuhan email & campaign configuration.

  • Berpengalaman menggunakan Salesforce Marketing Automation tools.

  • Mampu melakukan data cleansing & mengelola upload data terjadwal.

  • Analitis, detail-oriented, dan memiliki kemampuan problem-solving yang baik.
