About the Role

We're expanding our B2B network and looking for a motivated
Inside Sales & Account Executive
to help us grow.

You'll be responsible for developing new leads, managing existing customer accounts, and ensuring smooth order-to-delivery coordination between our sales, operations, and logistics teams.

This role combines
sales administration, client relationship management, and business development,
ideal for someone who enjoys structure but also loves connecting with people and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new B2B leads
    through online research, inbound inquiries, referrals, and CRM tools.
  • Qualify potential customers, understand their requirements, and prepare tailored quotations or proposals.
  • Manage customer accounts from inquiry to order fulfillment — ensuring accuracy, responsiveness, and high satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (production, warehouse, logistics, and finance) to ensure timely delivery and invoicing.
  • Maintain and update CRM databases, sales pipelines, and activity reports.
  • Support marketing campaigns and follow up on inbound leads from digital channels.
  • Provide feedback on market trends, pricing, and competitor activities to the management team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in B2B inside sales, customer service, or account management.
  • Strong communication skills — verbal and written (English & Bahasa Indonesia).
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in follow-ups.
  • Familiar with CRM or ERP systems (experience with Odoo, HubSpot, or Salesforce is a plus).
  • Comfortable working with data, sales pipelines, and administrative processes.
  • A self-starter who enjoys learning about products, markets, and customer needs.
